Care Policy

All patients, regardless of race, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, disability (mental or physical), communicable disease, or place of national origin have the right to receive the same quality of care and to have access to the home heath resources they need to meet their health care needs.

PROCEDURE

  1. The care and resources each patient receives, as well as the skill level and training of organization personnel, will be based on the standards of care and practices outlined within this manual, as well as on the patient’s health care needs.
  2. The organization will maintain a clinical record review process to ensure that the organization’s policies and procedures are followed by all clinical personnel, including direct and contract personnel.
  3. The organization will not discriminate against an individual based on whether or not the individual has executed an Advance Directive.
